One-liner: IVACE (Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial) FEDER-cofunded grant for SME innovation projects, in two tracks — INNOVAProD-CV (new product development) and INNOVATeiC-CV (TEIC / digital-technology innovation). Régimen de minimis; competitive.
Correction: this is an IVACE program (not AVI — AVI runs a separate "innoAVI" line). Status: 2026 window closed (ended 5 May 2026). Annual line; expect a 2027 call ~spring 2027.
What you get
- Subsidy as a % of eligible costs, by company size: small enterprise up to 45%, medium up to 35%.
- De minimis aid — max €300,000 to a single undertaking over any 3 years (Reg. UE 2023/2831).
- Optional advance payment: micro/small up to 75%, medium up to 50% of the grant (needs a 25% guarantee).
- FEDER cofinancing up to 60%.
Who it's for
- SMEs (pymes) in the Comunitat Valenciana. Two actuaciones:
- INNOVAProD-CV — development of a new product (a genuine new development for the applicant; not a bespoke build for a single client).
- INNOVATeiC-CV — innovation in TEIC (electronic, information & communication technologies).
Requirements & eligibility (INNOVAProD-CV)
- Minimum eligible project budget: €30,000.
- Must include consultancy / technical-assistance costs of at least the lesser of 10% of total eligible cost or €15,000.
- Project must start on/after 1 Jan 2026 and not be materially finished before you apply.
- Subsidised investments held unchanged for 5 years after payment.
Eligible costs (Orden 27/2016, art. 33)
- External services (consultancy & technical assistance for product/innovation development), and other categories per the bases. ≥3 quotes for spend above the contrato-menor threshold; external audit report for justification.
How to apply
- Electronic only via the IVACE telematic registry at ivace.es — requires an ACCV company-representative certificate (or authorised representative in the ACCV registry).
- Complete the application model + annexes from the IVACE portal (submission = signature).
- Window (2026, closed): day after the DOGV extract → 5 May 2026 23:59.
- Justify by the deadline (audit report payable within the justification period, up to 7 Oct 2027).
