What you get
- Subsidy as a % of eligible cost, by size: small enterprise up to 45%, medium up to 35%; max €175,000 per project.
- De minimis (max €300,000 / 3 years). Advance up to 75% of the grant (with a 25% guarantee).
Who it's for
- SMEs with registered office AND a production establishment in the Comunitat Valenciana, with ≥2 own employees (cuenta ajena or working cooperative members). Activity must fall under the admitted CNAE codes.
- Excluded: financial, real-estate, and primarily-commerce businesses; plus the de minimis sector exclusions (fisheries/agri primary, export aid).
Requirements & eligible costs
- Minimum eligible project budget: €20,000. Projects run 1 Jan 2025 → 31 Dec 2026; justification by 4 Feb 2027.
- Eligible actuaciones: (a) Industry 4.0 — digital twins, process control, sensorisation, automation, robotics, AR/VR, CNC/MES/SCADA/GMAO, 3D printing, PLM/CAD/CAM; (b) ERP, internal/external logistics, e-commerce (not third-party marketplaces), circular-economy systems; (c) advanced security, data analytics & AI, cloud, IoT.
- Eligible costs: intangibles (software licences — not general-purpose; custom development; XaaS; dedicated cloud servers); material assets (hardware, sensors, automation — excludes PCs/printers/tablets); external advisory (max the lesser of 15% of other costs or €20,000); audit report up to €600.
- ≥3 quotes required for any single supplier spend ≥ €15,000 (VAT excl.).
Scoring (100 pts)
- Project quality — 50 (novelty/complexity up to 40; definition/strategy up to 10).
- Technical viability — 20 (team capability; integration with existing systems).
- Results/impact — 20 (economic impact & jobs; complementarity with other R&D+i; environmental alignment).
- Applicant characteristics — 10 (voluntary equality plan; EU Green Deal activity; disability inclusion above legal minimum).

- Attach the memoria, activity-census certificate (CNAE), environmental (DNSH) and equality declarations, PROPER bank-details form.
