One-liner: grants that fund the cluster managing entities (Agrupaciones Empresariales Innovadoras / AEIs) — not startups directly, but they pay for the cluster programs, matchmaking, open-innovation and internationalisation activities that founders join through Cluster Membership.
Why it matters to a founder: you don't apply, but this is what finances the value of belonging to AVIA, AVAESEN, Bioval, Cosmetics Cluster CV, etc. Join the cluster to benefit.
What you get (as a cluster managing entity)
- Grant of up to €150,000 per action, covering 50–100% of eligible cost (≈€1.85M regional pool; ~19 clusters funded in the current edition).
- Funds cluster strategy, dynamisation, R&D+i projects, open innovation, and internationalisation actions.
Who it's for
- Cluster managing entities (AEIs) registered in the Comunitat Valenciana (and the national AEI registry) — the associations that run the sector clusters. Individual companies benefit indirectly, through the programs these clusters deliver.
Two routes (regional + national)

How to apply (as an AEI)
- IVACE Sede Electrónica for the regional line (ACCV certificate); MINCOTUR portal de ayudas for the national AEI call.
- Register the AEI in the corresponding cluster registry; submit the action plan/budget within the window.
