The flat "30% / €10M cap" advertised on valenciaregionfilm.com is the superseded national scheme — it is not, as this page previously implied, a competing current figure. Quote the Art. 36 figures for the national rebate and the €4M/€2M/€1.5M figures for the regional one; the two stack conceptually but have very different entry thresholds. The regional grant's €4M minimum budget is the real gate — it puts the regional layer out of reach of almost every startup-scale production, which is the practically important fact for a founder.
The animation/VFX €200,000 minimum recorded below remains a genuine and much lower national threshold — worth flagging to animation and VFX companies specifically.
