One-liner: Generalitat (CINDI / DG Emprendimiento e Internacionalización) direct grant to new entrepreneurs and SMEs to cover the current expenses of starting and consolidating their business — one of the most accessible direct-to-founder grants in the Valencian Community. Open now (July 2026).
Status: OPEN — submission window 1–31 July 2026 (convocatoria published DOGV 10395, 01/07/2026).
What you get
- A grant of up to €15,000, covering up to 70% of eligible current expenses.
- De minimis aid (Reg. UE 2023/2831 — max €300,000 to a single undertaking over 3 years).
Who it's for
- A persona emprendedora (individual entrepreneur / empresario individual) or a pyme with own legal personality, that has started an economic/productive activity offering a competitive advantage in the last 5 years.
- Registered activity in the Comunitat Valenciana.
- Excluded (per Orden 2/2024): entities without legal personality, public administrations, and the cases in art. 7.4 of the bases.
Eligible expenses & period
- Current expenses (gastos corrientes) tied to starting/consolidating the project — the subsidisable actuaciones are those in resuelvo quinto and eligible costs in resuelvo séptimo of the convocatoria.
- Only actuaciones carried out AND paid between 1 May 2025 and 31 May 2026 are eligible (respecting statutory payment terms).
How to apply
- GVA Sede Electrónica → procedure G95950 (SIA 3054322). Electronic only, with a digital certificate (paper submissions are requested to be corrected within 10 days).
- Use the official "Guía para solicitar y justificar las ayudas EMPYME" (linked from the trámite's Enlaces).
- Window: 1 July 2026 10:00 → 31 July 2026 23:59 (only entries in the GVA electronic registry within the window are admitted).
- Subsanación: 10 working days to fix a defective application.
- Resolution: within 6 months of the DOGV publication; negative silence if none. Published in DOGV, the Conselleria site and BDNS.
- If the credit is sufficient for all admissible applications, no priority order is applied (not strictly competitive in that case).
