Separately, VIC hosted a "Jornada- desayuno del Ecosistema Valenciano de Semiconductores" on 14 May 2026 at Las Naves — an ecosystem-alignment breakfast (not the accelerator launch) whose stated outputs were a shared roadmap and a proposal for a bimonthly "Mesa de Trabajo" (working group). At that meeting, VIC (via Arturo Castelló García, Subdirector general) explicitly named "Programa de desarrollo de talento en semiconductores" and "Aceleradora de emprendimiento en semiconductores" as priority initiatives still to be activated — confirming the accelerator itself had not launched as of that date. Institutional speakers included Eduardo Pascual Martínez (Secretario autonómico de Innovación, GVA), Paula Llobet Vilarrasa (Concejala, Ayuntamiento de València), and representatives of UPV-VaSiC, UV-VaSiC, Valencia Silicon Cluster, FEMEVAL and the Generalitat's emprendimiento directorate — evidencing broad ecosystem buy-in ahead of a formal launch.
