Who it's for — note the "and", not "or"
Three simultaneous requirements:
- Registered office in València or its metropolitan area, and
- having participated in the last two years in an incubation or acceleration programme run by an entity of the Valencian entrepreneurial ecosystem, and
- developing solutions with economic, technological, social or environmental impact on the city.
⚠️ This is the key contrast with its sibling, Startup Island Valencia Web Summit Lisboa 2026: the Web Summit call accepts either a València HQ or a local accelerator history, so a startup based outside the city can qualify. This VDS call requires both. Founders who assume the two calls have the same gate will get it wrong — they are independent instruments with different requirements, scoring and windows.
