One-liner: a free, three-month intensive mentoring programme for early-stage Comunitat Valenciana tech companies — up to 30 hours of one-to-one expert time per company, ending in a pitch to investors. Run by the Red CEEI under the Generalitat's Horizonte Tech umbrella.
What a founder gets
- Up to 30 hours of personalised mentoring per company — the substantive asset here; this is advisory depth, not a workshop series.
- Expert guidance on enabling technologies — AI, IoT, blockchain — aimed at companies that suspect these matter to them but cannot yet specify how.

- A structured arc: initial business-model review → strategic technology roadmap → progress monitoring → final presentation to investors.
- Delivered as online personalised accompaniment, so it does not require relocation to València, Castelló or Elx.

- Fewer than 6 years of operational activity — the binding eligibility gate.
- Sector-agnostic: companies across diverse sectors wanting to understand what enabling technologies can do for them.

- Coordinated by the Red CEEI — CEEI Valencia, CEEI Castellón and CEEI Elche jointly — under the Dirección General de Innovación of the Generalitat, as part of the Horizonte Tech programme family.
- Free to the company; support is granted under EU de minimis rules (Reglamento (UE) 2023/2831), so it consumes de minimis headroom that may matter if the company is also drawing on other de minimis instruments — EMDANA 2026 is also de minimis.
