One-liner: the Ajuntament de València's annual recognition prize (not a project grant) for self-employed people, companies and entities whose business activity creates social value beyond its own economic interest — €52,000 across two categories. 2026 edition closed 10 Sep 2026; not found previously indexed in the vault.
What a founder gets
- Cash recognition, no execution strings (it rewards past/ongoing trajectory or a specific
project/action, not future deliverables):
- Category A — Trayectoria en Emprendimiento Social (≥5 years of activity in the município): 1st €12,000 · 2nd €8,000 · two 3rd-place prizes €6,000 each.
- Category B — Proyecto o Acción en Emprendimiento Social (finished or ongoing): four prizes of €5,000 each.
Who it's for
- Self-employed people, companies and entities based in the municipality of València running business activity that creates wealth, improves quality of life, or improves the local environment beyond pure economic self-interest.
- Category A requires at least 5 years of trading history in València; Category B has no minimum age. Max one application per category per applicant.
How to engage
- Application route not read this run (bases PDF linked on the EmprenemJunts listing). 2026 window ran 21 May 2026 – 10 Sep 2026 23:59 — already closed by the time this was indexed.
- Published via CEEI Valencia / EmprenemJunts on behalf of the Ajuntament de València (Servicio de Empleo y Emprendimiento economico), the same municipal sponsor behind VLC Startup Awards 2026 — filed here under Valencia Innovation Capital as the vault's standing proxy for city-run economic-development calls; VIC's own site did not carry this call.
Key facts
- Legal basis references "valores constitucionales" — a values/impact test, not a financial scoring model.
- No niche restriction beyond social value creation; open to any sector.
- Recurring — treat as an annual autumn call and re-check
